Ro & Co Recruitment helps adults living in the UK find a suitable course at an accredited university and supports them through the application. Our partner institutions pay for the service, so students don't.
Our story
Why we started
We set up Ro & Co Recruitment after meeting many adults who wanted to study but didn't know which course suited them, whether their qualifications would be accepted, or how to apply for funding. Most of them were more than capable of the study itself. What stopped them was the process around it.
Our job is to make that process manageable: we get to know your background, suggest courses that make sense for you, and work through the application and Student Finance with you, at no cost.

The university pays us when you enrol
Our fee comes from the institution. That's why the service is free for you, and why it only works for us when the course is the right one for you.
A good fit matters to us too. Students who choose the right course are the ones who enrol and stay, so recommending a course that doesn't suit you would make no sense for either of us.
