Candidate Charter

We aim to give our candidates a world-class experience

Our aspiration is to achieve a world-class candidate experience, and to support this aim we have published a charter that outlines our commitment to candidates.


Fully measurable, the below model outlines our obligation to each candidate we work with. It also forms the basis for our consultants’ commission. After placing candidates we survey them to see if they believe we have offered a recruitment experience against the standards we have set below 

Candidate Charter

  1. To provide an open, honest and proactive approach to servicing your needs as well as providing independent unbiased career advice
  2. To make every effort to understand your requirements and build a partnership based on mutual trust and honesty
  3. To treat all information received with the utmost care and confidentiality
  4. You will always be provided with a full job specification, salary information and details of key benefits.
  5. To always obtain permission in advance of submitting your details to a client
  6. To promote your interests’ as favourably as possible based on information given
  7. To relay all feedback in a timely manner
  8. To contact you as soon as we have a relevant new vacancy, CV or interview feedback
  9. To provide you with a thorough briefing in advance of attending a client interview
  10. As a candidate, you will always be treated with honesty, empathy & integrity
  11. We endeavour to place you in the right company and team culture, using our knowledge of the client and our free personality assessment tools.
  12. We will always let you know when a position has been filled or withdrawn.
  13. We ensure our technology is kept up to date to provide you with the best possible service and to ensure your information is kept safe & secure.
  14. We will always listen to your feedback and act upon it.

What we ask for in return

  1. To provide honest and accurate information at all times
  2. To honour any commitment made to attend an appointment with us or a client company
  3. To provide as much notice as possible should you be unable to attend any arranged appointment
  4. To treat information shared in a confidential manner
  5. To afford us and our clients the same level of professionalism and respect that we strive to give you
  6. To inform us and keep us updated if you are involved in any other job application process.
